One-step jaw relation recording for digital and conventional dentures, as well as full-arch implant-supported prostheses
1. Jaw relation recording at the first patient visit
(1) After intraoral impressions are taken, jaw relation can be recorded using the JB Fork on the same visit
(2) Simplifies the conventional denture fabrication workflow
(3) Reduces the number of clinical visits
2. A solution for both digital and conventional workflows
- Supports digital occlusal plane transfer - Facial scanning is optional - If a facial scanner is not available, the POP bow system can be used to determine the occlusal plane
* Applicable to conventional denture fabrication
* Also applicable for abutment and temporary prosthesis fabrication in implant-supported full-mouth rehabilitation
Digital Denture Workflow (1-Visit Temporary Denture / 2-Visit Final Denture)
With an in-house digital lab, a temporary denture can be fabricated in a single visit. After adjustment. the temporary denture can be duplicated to fabricate the final denture

Components
Upper plate 1EA, Lower plate 1EA, Teeth guide 1EA, Screw 1EA, Handle 1EA, Clip 2EA
Instructions
① Assemble the anterior teeth guide onto the upper plate
② Apply tray adhesive for the silicone impression material
③ Mix the putty and apply it to the upper plate (light body impression material can also be used)
④ Try it intraorally in the maxilla (position the anterior teeth guide according to the patient’s midline, incisal edge, and facial profile)
⑤ The maxillary application is completed
⑥ Remove the anterior teeth guide
⑦ Insert the handle into the upper plate slot
⑧ Attach the clip to the upper plate
⑨ Insert the screw into the lower plate
⑩ Assemble the upper plate and clip(⑧) with the lower plate
⑪ Apply tray adhesive for the silicone impression material
⑫ Mix the putty and apply it to the upper plate (light body impression material can also be applied)
⑬ Guide the patient into centric relation and obtain a putty index of the mandibular arch
⑭ Attach the POP Bow to the handle and adjust the POP stick and POP arm according to the patient’s frontal and lateral views
- Superior View: POP Bow serve as references for the left–right symmetry of the dental arch and the face
- Frontal view: POP stick parallel to the patient’s interpupillary line
- Lateral view: POP arm parallel to Camper’s line
⑮ After securing the connection between the handle and the POP bow with adhesive, remove the handle
⑯ Removal the fixation clip. Then adjust the screw height according to the patient’s vertical dimension (VD)
⑰ To obtain an accurate centric relation (CR)
• Tapping method
• Gothic arch tracing (optional)
- If the six anterior teeth interfere during the procedure, they may be removed
⑱ Apply silicone bite registration material to secure the VD and CR records
⑲ Completion of intraoral data acquisition using the JB Fork
(Vertical dimension, Centric relation, anterior tooth position, occlusal plane information, etc.)
